At The Underground, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers always remain our top priority.

 

As the situation continually evolves, our business continuity plan is in action, ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest levels of service possible during these challenging circumstances.

We remain open for business as usual. If you have any concerns regarding your insurance arrangements, we are still here to help. Please be assured we are following the latest advice from the Government, Public Health and other authorities. In the event of any escalation in this advice, we will follow their guidance.

Our office working hours remain unchanged, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. 

 

Health and Safety

In line with the government guidance, we are following the advice on hygiene closely, making adjustments to the way we work with more frequent daily cleaning, pre-planned shift protocols, and reducing access inside our facility.

We are working hard to protect the health of our team members and stepping up health and safety efforts in our premises. We have taken large numbers of protective measures to address the challenges that the COVID-19 brings to avoid any disruption for our service.

 

All customers' vehicles are disinfected before and after all repairs.

 

Service

Our customer's care representatives are available to speak with you over the phone. We also conduct all meetings with clients, work providers and suppliers via telephone conference or video conference facilities whenever possible to minimise the risk of unnecessary social contact. 

 

If you require repair work, please use our online estimate tool, which is available at https://www.theundergroundgarage.co.uk/estimate . We will provide you with an estimate within 24 hours. 

If the damage is more extensive and we are unable to give you an accurate quote, we will offer you a timed appointment, and ask you to remain in the car.

 

We will provide you with digital paperwork, and where possible, offer a drop-off and delivery service.

We are not able to offer drinks or refreshments as we would normally. Instead, we will provide you with a hand sanitiser and facilities to wash your hands during your visit. 

Please don't be offended that we will be keeping a safe distance. This is to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus. 

If any you feel unwell or are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible to rebook your appointment.
